Plan B

As mentioned previously, I wanted to start college this spring, however, I owe my last school money so I need to pay them back first before I can obtain my official transcript. Plan B is to study business and marketing on my own time until I can start school hopefully this summer.

Lately, I have been well. However, I need to talk to my doctor about the side effects of my medication because I shake sometimes when I am not cold, and I breath heavy.

I applied for state medical insurance, but I will not know if I've been approved until a couple of weeks. I also checked out my credit report which was not well since I owe the school money. How do you improve your credit score?

My family is preparing for Thanksgiving. We will celebrate the hoilday over an extended relative's house, I decided to bring the candied sweet potatoes even though I do not know how to cook, my mother will help me prepare the dish. I am excited about the dinner, I love being around family and friends.

Dear Ashley,

Thanks for the tag, I'll get on it soon. I've been away from my computer for a bit, so I need to touch base with everyone, yourself included.

On Thursday, NPR ran a program about ethnic side dishes for the Thanksgiving meal. A spin on Potatoes Au Gratin, was by an asian woman.

She used regular and sweet potatoes, taro root and coconut milk. It sounded delicious. You could look for it on their website.

I like to roast garlic and add that too my mashed potatoes, sometimes with fried shallots.

It's great that you can enjoy this holiday with your family. Many of us have lost that.

Hello, first of all great that you're feeling better. I'm not sure how it works in the US but in the UK in order to improve your credit rating you just need one bill or something like that on your name and 6 months proof that you've always paid this on time. Hope that helps!

Credit is built by putting things on credit and paying them off. Buy EVERYTHING with a credit card and pay it ALL off 100% at the end of the month so you don't get charged.

I do have journal that I carry around with me everywhere I go for whenever the writing mood strikes me. It's a really nice one that I bought from Barnes and Noble a long time ago. It's essentially a leather cover that I can refill whenever it gets full. I love it! I write more in my journal and sometimes don't see the point of writing the same thing on my blog.

No, Please, That's Not Me

Prior to my diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia I did some things that I am not proud of. Now that I look back on things I blame my illness for my poor judgment. I am by no means condoning the behavior I carried out, and will share with you here. I will provide a few instances where my behavior was unlike me and caused an uproar. This post shows how schizophrenia affects other people. This post is for the family members and friends of people with schizophrenia, or showing bizarre behaviors. First, I asked my mother permission to give my friend a statue that was in my mother's house. My mother agreed to give my friend the statue, however, I took her permission a step further to get rid of what she had at my discretion. At the time I did not live with my mother who was away on a business trip. My mother buys and sells things so she had a lot of collectibles, antiques, and other interesting stuff. While my friend and me were in my mother's house my friend saw a lot of stuff that s

What Is Remission?

Remission is the absence of symptoms for at least six months with the support of medication. In other words, a doctor who has never seen you before may not diagnose you as a person with schizophrenia anymore. Remission is also high functioning in several aspects of life, living independently, goinig to school or to work, and socializing with other people. However, this does not mean the patient is cured or the illness has went away, the illness is still present, however, under control. Remission is achieved with the assistance of medication. "Published studies suggest that 10% to 20% of people with schizophrenia have remission of their illness as they get older, 20% get worse, but in a large majority (60% to 70%), the course of illness remains relatively unchanged." To reach remission it is recommended that you aim for a stress-free environment. Therefore, do things to relieve stress such as journaling, exercising, talking to friends, listening to or creating music, making a
